HYROX Training FAQ: Booking, Credits, Open Gym from CrossFit BC. How HYROX training works at CrossFit BC Vancouver: book up to 3 classes a week, one HX90 SIM-ilar weekly, credits do not roll over, Open Gym substitutions.
HYROX training at CrossFit BC runs seven days a week out of 278 East 1st Avenue in Olympic Village. Sleds, ski erg, wall balls, and running are all on site, and our 90-minute SIM-ilar classes rehearse the full race format under coaching.
You can book up to 3 HYROX classes per week. That cadence keeps the room fair for every athlete on a pack or membership and it is the training dose our coaches build the race-prep cycle around: three quality coached sessions, then recovery, running, and Open Gym around them.
Three coached HYROX sessions a week gives you enough race-specific volume to progress without stacking fatigue on top of your running, strength, and life. It also keeps spots open across our 15+ weekly HYROX classes so members can get the times they need.
At least once a week. We run 3 of our weekly HYROX classes as 90-minute SIM-ilar sessions (HX90), and one of your 3 weekly bookings should be one of them once you have a race on the calendar. That is where pacing, transitions, and station strategy get rehearsed at race intensity and race volume.
