What You'll Actually Do

Every session is coach-led and structured. You'll walk out feeling like a different person. (Members say this constantly. We're not exaggerating.)

Guided Stretching

Coach-led stretching sequences targeting common tight areas: hips, shoulders, thoracic spine, and ankles.

Myofascial Release

Foam rolling, lacrosse ball work, and targeted tissue techniques to reduce tension and improve recovery.

Joint Mobility Drills

Controlled articular rotations and mobility flows that restore range of motion and improve joint health.

Breathing & Nervous System Work

Diaphragmatic breathing and parasympathetic activation to help your body shift from training mode to recovery mode.

Why This Changes Everything

Move Pain-Free

Consistent mobility work reduces stiffness, alleviates chronic tightness, and helps you move without pain.

Train Harder, Longer

Better range of motion means better positions in your lifts and workouts. Mobility is the foundation of performance.

Longevity

Mobility work is the long game. It's how you stay active, capable, and injury-free for decades. Not just months.

Injury Prevention

Most training injuries come from poor positions under load. Better mobility means better positions, which means fewer injuries.

You Need This If...

You feel stiff, tight, or limited in your movements

You sit at a desk all day and it's affecting your body

You want to recover better between training sessions

You're dealing with chronic tightness or minor aches

You want to improve your positions in lifts and workouts

You're focused on long-term health and training longevity

The Thing You Wish You'd Started Sooner

Every single member who adds mobility to their week says the same thing: "Why didn't I do this months ago?" Deeper squats, better overhead positions, and way less feeling beat up after training.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can barely touch my toes. Will I be out of place?

You'll fit right in. Most people in our mobility sessions are here because they're stiff, tight, or in pain. If you were already flexible, you wouldn't need this. Come as you are. That's the whole point.

I'm worried it'll be painful.

Mobility work can be uncomfortable in the way that a deep tissue massage is uncomfortable, but it shouldn't be painful. Your coach guides you through appropriate intensity. You control the depth and pressure.

Is this just stretching?

It's much more than static stretching. Expect joint mobility drills, soft tissue work, breathing techniques, and guided recovery protocols. It's active, structured, and purposeful.

I sit at a desk all day. Is this really going to help?

Especially for you. Desk workers tend to have tight hips, rounded shoulders, and stiff thoracic spines. Mobility sessions address all of that. Most desk-bound members notice a difference within 2-3 weeks.

Can I do mobility instead of CrossFit?

You can, but they're best together. CrossFit builds strength and capacity, mobility ensures you can use it safely and effectively. Many members use mobility sessions as active recovery between training days.

I have an old injury that limits my movement.

That's even more reason to come. Our coaches modify drills around limitations and work with you to improve the range of motion you do have. Many members with chronic stiffness or old injuries see significant improvement.

How often should I attend?

1-2 sessions per week is ideal. Even one session makes a noticeable difference within a few weeks. Consistency matters more than frequency.

Your Body Will Thank You

Come try a class, then add a mobility session to your week. Within two weeks you'll feel the difference. Within a month, you'll wonder how you trained without it.

What Members Say About Recovery

“I've already noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance, and the coaches are great at adjusting exercises when needed.”

The coaches provide positive feedback and adjust exercises if you're recovering from an injury. I've already felt stronger and fitter. The class times make it easy to stay consistent.

Included with your membership

Your membership covers more than the class you booked. Cardio Club on Sundays and Mobility through the week are bonus classes, on top of whatever you normally train. Open Gym is there whenever the floor is open.

Nothing extra to buy, nothing extra to book. On a class pack it works the same way, a Mobility class or an Open Gym visit spends one credit, the same as any other class.

Training for a race? The Engine Room is a 12-week membership built around it, 5+ coached sessions a week.

Recovery & restoration

Mobility is one piece of recovery. These two PDFs round out the rest: a morning routine that primes your nervous system, and a 14-day sleep reset.
