Coaching Style

How Jason coaches

Fun, supportive, and personal. Jason runs a class where people laugh, get a great workout, and walk away having had real one-on-one time refining their technique. He makes every athlete feel seen and supported, no matter where they are in their journey.

The Honest Version

What Jason got wrong, and how Jason coaches now

What I used to get wrong

"Sixteen years ago I assumed everyone learned the way I did: watch once, repeat, refine. Most people don't, and the ones who quietly couldn't keep up are the ones I lost."

How I coach now

I work the room. Every athlete in my class gets a real one-on-one cue before we hit the workout, and I scale conversations as carefully as I scale weights.

Every CFBC coach answers this question. It's part of how we coach.
