What is Living Legends?
Living Legends is our answer to a simple question we hear all the time: is there a strength program that is actually built for people over 60? Yes, and this is it. Coyote and Coach Moose lead every session, so you are not re-explaining your knee to a new face every fortnight. It is ongoing coached, progressive strength training in a group of peers, designed around how bodies over 60 train, recover, and thrive. If you are in your 50s, active, and this speaks to you, reach out and we will happily chat about fit.
- Progressive strength: you get measurably stronger over time.
- Balance and stability: the foundation of staying independent.
- Mobility: so you move comfortably and stay out of pain.
- Community: training next to people who get it makes it stick.
Does CrossFit BC offer strength training for adults over 60?
Yes. Living Legends is exactly that, and our regular classes are scaled to every individual as well. Because the program is ongoing, there is no start date to wait for: once your intro chat, movement screen, and DEXA baseline are done, you are in.
The coaches actually listen and program around how I am feeling that day. Two sessions a week and I am stronger than I was at forty.
