CrossFit BC is an authorized HYROX Training Club, so every active member and active HYROX class-pack holder receives the affiliate presale code before tickets open to the public, for races anywhere in the world. No application, no waitlist, no extra fee. Here is exactly how eligibility, timing and checkout work, so you are ready before the next window opens.
Why members get in first
HYROX releases a portion of each race to its affiliated training clubs before general sale. Our affiliation is the mechanism, your active status is the key.
Authorized HYROX Training Club
CrossFit BC holds an official HYROX affiliate partnership. That affiliation is what puts our member list on the presale distribution, race after race, without anyone having to apply.
Any race, anywhere
Presale access is not tied to one city. Vancouver, Toronto, Chicago, London, Berlin: when HYROX opens an affiliate window for a race, active members can use it.
Class-pack holders count
You do not need an unlimited membership. An active HYROX class pack counts as active status for presale purposes, so pack athletes get the code alongside everyone else.
How the code reaches you
The same four steps every race, whether the event is in Vancouver or overseas.
1. Be active when the window opens
Eligibility is checked against the active member and class-pack list on the morning HYROX opens the affiliate window. Any current CrossFit BC membership qualifies, and so does a live HYROX class pack. There is no separate signup and no waitlist.
2. Keep your account email current
Codes go to the email on your member profile. Update it in Wodify if it has changed, and add our sending domain to your safe senders so the code does not land in promotions.
3. Watch for the code the morning it drops
The moment HYROX releases the affiliate code we email it to every active member and pack holder, along with the exact open and close times for that race. Nothing is required from you before then.
4. Register on hyrox.com inside the window
Enter the code at checkout on the official HYROX event page. Pick your division and heat time first, then confirm. The affiliate window is short, so registering early in it is how you get the slot you actually want.

Affiliate windows are short and the best heat times go early. Athletes who sort these six things in advance spend the window choosing, not scrambling.

Early access questions
Do CrossFit BC members get early access to HYROX tickets?
Yes. As an authorized HYROX Training Club, CrossFit BC gives active members early access to HYROX ticket pre-sales for races all over the world before they open to the public, from Vancouver and Toronto to races abroad. Active HYROX class-pack holders count as active members and qualify too. We send the pre-sale code the moment HYROX releases it, so members can lock in their city, division, and time slot before popular races sell out, then travel and race with a crew that trains together. Membership has its privileges.
Is early access guaranteed, or is it a lottery?
Access to the code is guaranteed for every active CrossFit BC member and active HYROX class-pack holder. What is never guaranteed is inventory: HYROX sets how many entries are released in the affiliate window, and popular races can still fill inside it. Early access moves you to the front of the line, it does not reserve a specific heat for you.
How far ahead of public sale does the window open?
It varies by race. HYROX commonly gives training clubs a window of roughly 24 to 48 hours before general sale, and occasionally longer for flagship events. We publish the exact open and close times in the code email for each race rather than promising a fixed number of hours.
Do I need to have raced HYROX before?
No. Early access is a membership benefit, not a performance qualification. First-timers use it the same way experienced athletes do, and it is usually the better outcome for a first race because you can pick a realistic heat time instead of taking whatever is left.
I just joined. Am I eligible for the next presale?
Yes, as long as your membership or class pack is active when the window opens. There is no minimum tenure. The fastest routes in are a HYROX class pack, a membership, or The Engine Room: HYROX Prep Camp.
Can I share my code with a friend or partner?
Codes are issued for CrossFit BC members and pack holders. For Doubles and Relay, register your team in one checkout so everyone is entered under the same booking. If your teammate wants their own access for future races, a class pack is the simplest way in.
What if the race sells out before I can use the code?
Join the official HYROX waitlist for that race, watch the flex-release window in the 30 days before race day, look at charity entries, and consider volunteering, which can earn a free entry. We keep those routes documented and share them with members when a race closes.
Does early access cost anything extra?
No. It is included with an active membership or an active HYROX class pack. Ticket prices and availability are set by HYROX, and we do not add a fee on top.
