A good HYROX gym has four things: a coaching team (not a single personality), programming structured in phases, race-spec equipment, and open gym access so you can get the volume you need. Add a real community of athletes training for the same races and you have everything you need.

How much does HYROX training cost in Vancouver?

Most Vancouver gyms offering serious HYROX programming run between 200 and 350 dollars per month, depending on whether you have unlimited classes, open gym access, and small-group coaching.
