What you need: 1 small English cucumber, 100 g Cold-smoked salmon, 3 tbsp Whipped cream cheese, 2 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt (2%), 2 tsp Capers, 1 tbsp Fresh dill, 0.5 small Lemon, 1 pinch Cracked black pepper, 1 pinch Flaky sea salt.

How it comes together: Slice the cucumber into thick coin-shaped rounds, about half an inch thick. Pat dry with a paper towel so the topping sticks. In a small bowl, stir the whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, half the dill, and a pinch of lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Spoon a generous teaspoon of the cream-cheese mixture onto each cucumber round.
