What you need: 2 small cans Solid white tuna (in water), 0.5 medium Avocado, 4 large Butter lettuce leaves, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (2%), 1 tbsp Mayo (avocado oil), 1 tsp Sriracha, 1 tbsp Red onion, 0.5 small Lime, 1 tbsp Cilantro, 1 tsp Sesame seeds, 1 pinch Sea salt, 1 pinch Cracked black pepper.

How it comes together: Drain the tuna well. Press it gently with a fork in the can or pouch to get out the extra water, wet tuna = soggy lettuce cups. In a medium bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, mayo, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper into a smooth spicy sauce. Add the tuna, diced avocado, red onion, and most of the cilantro to the bowl. Fold gently with a fork, you want chunks of tuna and avocado, not paste.
