What you need: 170 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 0.5 cup Cooked white rice, 0.33 cup Black beans, drained, 3 tbsp Pico de gallo, 1 cup Shredded lettuce, 0.25 piece Avocado, sliced, 2 tbsp Pickled red onions, 2 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt (0%), 1 tbsp Tortilla strips or crushed chips, 1 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, 1 piece Lime wedge.

How it comes together: Cook ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Add taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Cook 6-8 minutes until browned. While the beef cooks, warm the rice if needed and drain the black beans. Build the bowl: start with shredded lettuce as the base.
