What you need: 2 cups Full-fat cottage cheese, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Cream cheese, 2 tbsp Maple syrup, 2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 pinch Sea salt, 0.33 cup Oat flour, 2 tbsp Almond flour, 2 tbsp Nut butter or softened butter, 2 tbsp Brown sugar or coconut sugar, 3 tbsp Mini chocolate chips.
How it comes together: Spread the oat flour on a small tray and bake at 175C for 5 minutes, or microwave it in 30 second bursts to 74C internal. Let it cool completely. This is the step that makes the dough safe to eat uncooked. Mix the cooled oat flour, almond flour, nut butter, brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt into a stiff dough.
