Protein Cheesecake Brownie Cups: 12g Protein, 150 Cal from CrossFit BC. Fudgy protein cheesecake brownie cups made with Greek yogurt and cocoa. 12g protein, 150 calories each, makes twelve, freezer friendly.
What you need: 250 g Plain 0% Greek yogurt, 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder, 150 g Light cream cheese, 2 large Eggs, 60 g Oat flour, 60 ml Maple syrup, 2 tbsp Olive or avocado oil, 2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tsp Baking powder, 0.5 tsp Salt.
How it comes together: Heat the oven to 175C (350F) and line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases. Whisk the eggs, 150g of the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla together, then fold in the cocoa, chocolate protein, oat flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips. Divide the brownie batter between the twelve cases, filling each about two thirds.
