What you need: 900 g Apples, peeled and thickly sliced, 500 g Plain 0% Greek yogurt, 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder, 100 g Rolled oats, 60 g Almond flour, 45 g Butter, cold and cubed, 3 tbsp Maple syrup, 2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 0.25 tsp Ground nutmeg, 0.5 piece Lemon, juiced, 2 tsp Cornstarch, 1 tsp Vanilla extract.
How it comes together: Heat the oven to 190C (375F). Cook the apples in a wide pan over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, the cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice, until they soften at the edges but still hold their shape. Stir in the cornstarch and cook for another minute until the juices thicken, then tip everything into a baking dish.
