What you need: 2 cups Full-fat cottage cheese, 1.5 scoops Chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, 2 tbsp Cream cheese, 2 tbsp Maple syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 pinch Sea salt, 3 tbsp Natural peanut butter, 3 cups Peanut butter cups, 1 pinch Flaky sea salt.
How it comes together: Blend the cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla and salt on high for 90 seconds until glossy and completely smooth. Pour half the base into a shallow freezer-safe pan. Warm the peanut butter for 15 to 20 seconds so it pours, then drizzle half of it over the layer. Add the rest of the base, drizzle the remaining peanut butter, and drag a knife through it twice in an S shape. Two passes, no more.
