What you need: 1 medium Frozen banana, 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp Natural peanut butter, 0.25 cup Rolled oats, 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk, 1 pinch Sea salt, 0.5 cup Ice.

How it comes together: Add almond milk to your blender first. Liquid on the bottom keeps the blade happy. Add frozen banana, oats, peanut butter, cocoa, protein powder, and salt. Top with ice if you want it thicker. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape the sides if needed.

This recipe comes from the CFBC Test Kitchen, where our coaches cook the meals we actually recommend to members training five to seven days a week. Every recipe lists real ingredients, real timings, and the protein and calorie numbers we use when we build nutrition plans in Olympic Village.
