What you need: 0.5 cup Rolled oats, 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt (2%), 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 1 small Ripe banana, 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp Chia seeds, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, 1 pinch Sea salt, 1 serving Sliced banana + PB drizzle.

How it comes together: Grab a 16oz jar or container with a lid. Mash the banana right in the bottom with a fork. Add oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well. Make sure the protein powder fully dissolves and there are no dry oat pockets.
