What you need: 225 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 40 g Baked tortilla chips, 40 g Light shredded cheddar, 0.5 cup Black beans, drained, 0.5 cup Pico de gallo or fresh salsa, 2 tbsp Sliced jalapenos, 1 cup Shredded lettuce, 3 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt (0%), 0.25 piece Avocado, sliced, 1.5 tbsp Taco seasoning, 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, 1 tbsp Lime juice.
How it comes together: Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Cook ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Add taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Spread tortilla chips on a sheet pan in a single layer. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, and shredded cheese.
