What you need: 170 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 1 piece Large flour tortilla (10-inch), 1 piece Small tostada shell, 30 g Light shredded cheddar, 0.5 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded, 2 tbsp Diced tomato, 1 tbsp Light sour cream, 1 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1 spray Cooking spray, 1 tsp Hot sauce (optional).

How it comes together: Cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Add taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Cook until seasoned and browned, about 6 minutes. Lay the large tortilla flat. Spoon the seasoned beef into the center. Layer on the shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomato, and hot sauce if using.
