What you need: 0.5 cup Rolled oats, 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt (2%), 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder, 0.5 medium Apple, 1 tbsp Maple syrup, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 pinch Nutmeg, 1 tbsp Chia seeds, 1 tbsp Chopped walnuts, 1 tsp Butter or coconut oil.
How it comes together: Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add diced apple, half the cinnamon, the nutmeg, and 1 tsp of the maple syrup. Saute 2-3 minutes until the apples soften and smell incredible. In a 16oz jar, whisk Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, the rest of the cinnamon, and the rest of the maple syrup until smooth. Stir in oats and chia seeds.
