Most of our athletes do 3 CrossFit sessions and 1 to 2 HYROX SIM-ilar sessions per week. Your coach can help you adjust based on where you are in your training cycle and how your body is recovering.
Yes. We recommend starting with our Foundations program or regular CrossFit classes to build a base first, then adding HYROX sessions when you're ready. There's no rush.
Yes. Our certified HYROX coaches have raced themselves and understand firsthand what race day demands. They coach from experience, not just theory.
Our 90-minute race simulation classes run 3 times a week and replicate the full HYROX race format at race pace, including transitions. They're the closest thing to racing without actually being on race day.
