What you need: 700 g Chicken breast, 150 g Light cream cheese, 150 g Plain 0% Greek yogurt, 4 pieces Jalapenos, sliced, 80 g Reduced fat cheddar, grated, 30 g Parmesan, finely grated, 30 g Panko breadcrumbs, 60 g Bacon, cooked and crumbled, 3 cloves Garlic, minced, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Salt.
How it comes together: Heat the oven to 200C (400F). Pound the chicken breasts to an even 2cm thickness and season them with the salt, pepper and half the paprika. Lay the chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Beat the cream cheese with the Greek yogurt, garlic, onion powder, remaining paprika and half the sliced jalapenos until smooth, then spread it over the chicken.
