What you need: 60 g Tortilla chips, 170 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 100 g Black beans, drained + rinsed, 50 g Light shredded cheddar + Monterey jack mix, 40 g Plain Greek yogurt (2%), 60 g Pico de gallo, 2 tbsp Pickled jalapeños, 30 g Avocado slices (1/4 avocado), 1 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1 piece Lime wedge, 2 tbsp Cilantro.

How it comes together: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown ground beef in a non-stick pan, breaking into small crumbles. Add taco seasoning + 2 tbsp water, cook 5 minutes until well-seasoned. On a parchment-lined sheet pan, layer tortilla chips in a single even layer. Scatter beef and black beans evenly across all chips. Top evenly with shredded cheese.
