What you need: 3 tbsp Oat flour, 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.25 tsp Baking powder, 1 pinch Sea salt, 2 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt, 1 large Whole egg, 2 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey, 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips, 1 serving Greek yogurt + raspberries.
How it comes together: Grab a large mug (12-16oz minimum). Add oat flour, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Whisk dry ingredients with a fork. Add Greek yogurt, egg, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix with the same fork until just combined and smooth -- about 30 seconds. Press the chocolate chips into the center of the batter. They sink and create a fudgy molten core.
