Big Mac Smash Tacos: 53g Protein High-Protein Smash Tacos from CrossFit BC. High-protein Big Mac smash tacos with 53g protein and 625 calories per serving. Crispy smashed beef, burger sauce and pickles, ready in 20 minutes.
What you need: 340 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 6 pieces Street-size flour tortillas, 60 g Light shredded cheddar, 1.5 cups Iceberg lettuce, finely shredded, 60 g Dill pickles, finely diced, 40 g White onion, finely diced, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 pinch Salt and black pepper, 2 tbsp Light mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Plain 0% Greek yogurt.
How it comes together: Stir the light mayo, Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup and pickle brine together in a small bowl. Taste it and add a little more brine if you want it sharper. Refrigerate while you cook. Season the cold beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands just enough to distribute, then divide into six loose balls. Heat a heavy skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high until a drop of water skitters across it. Work in batches of two.
