What if I don't know anything about nutrition?

You don't need to be an expert. Start with the basics: more protein, more whole foods, fewer ultra-processed meals. Our coaches can help you dial it in from day one.

Is CrossFit too intense for beginners?

Every workout is scaled to your level. We've coached people from zero fitness to their best shape — it's about showing up, not showing off. Your first 3 classes are free so you can see for yourself.

How long before I see real results?
