What you need: 170 g Extra-lean ground beef (95/5), 1 piece Large flour tortilla (10-inch), 1 piece Tostada shell, 30 g Light shredded cheddar, 30 g Plain Greek yogurt (2%), 3 tbsp Diced tomato, 0.5 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce, 1 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1 tsp Hot sauce (optional), 1 spray Avocado oil spray.
How it comes together: Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Add taco seasoning + 2 tbsp water and cook until well-seasoned and browned, about 6 minutes. Lay the tortilla flat. Pile beef in the center, top with cheddar, Greek yogurt, tomato, hot sauce. Place the tostada shell flat on top of the fillings, then add lettuce on top of the tostada.
