Yes, with two additions. CrossFit builds the engine, the strength, and the ability to keep working while uncomfortable, which covers most of what HYROX asks for. What it does not automatically build is sustained running volume and practice on the eight race-specific stations.

You can finish, and many people do. Adding running volume and station practice is what moves you from finishing to a time you are happy with.
Five to six sessions works for most people: three strength or CrossFit days, two runs, and one race-format session.
