Most beginners need about 8 to 12 weeks of structured training to finish a first HYROX comfortably. If you already have a strength and running base, 6 weeks of race-specific prep is often enough. The bigger the gap in running endurance or station skills, the longer the runway you want.

It is possible if you already run and lift regularly, but four weeks is tight. Six weeks of race-specific prep is a more comfortable minimum, and beginners do best with 8 to 12 weeks.
Three to five sessions a week works for most people, blending running and station strength. A coach can balance the volume so you build fitness without burning out before race day.
Running endurance. Roughly 8 km of running under fatigue takes the longest to develop, so give your legs and lungs the most lead time in your plan.
