CrossFit BC has coached Vancouver since 2008, first in Yaletown and, since 2019, from 278 East 1st Avenue in Olympic Village. We run CrossFit, HYROX race prep, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and one-on-one coaching seven days a week, with every session scaled to the person doing it.

There is no full-service CrossFit gym on Granville Island itself. CrossFit BC, the closest option, is at 278 East 1st Avenue in Olympic Village, a 10-minute drive or a 15-minute ride east on the False Creek seawall. We are also one of Vancouver's official HYROX Training Clubs.

How long does it take from Granville Island to CrossFit BC?

Roughly 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes on the False Creek seawall by bike (all bike path, zero traffic), or 25 minutes via the Aquabus to David Lam Park and a walk east along the seawall.

Where do I park if I drive in from Granville Island?

Five free stalls marked CFBC in the lot next to the gym, plus free 2-hour street parking on East 1st Avenue and the surrounding blocks. Most Granville Island members bike the seawall and skip parking entirely.
