What is HYROX Youngstars?

HYROX Youngstars is the youth division of HYROX, open to athletes aged 8 to 15. It follows the same race shape as the adult event, running between eight functional stations, with distances, loads, and some movements scaled across four age brackets so the format fits the athlete.
