Based on the new COVID guidelines, we have updated our gym safety protocols. Effective immediately, our athletes must continue to wear masks when entering/exiting the gym, but may, if they choose, remove them INSIDE their grid.
All of our current safety guidelines remain in place with the addition of the following: - Masks are mandatory during your training sessions - We will not be using cardio equipment (rowers, ski ergs, bikes etc) until further notice - All workouts are medium to low intensity.
