FINALLY!! Some good news!

At per today’s Covid-19 update from Dr Bonnie Henry, we will be opening the gym back up first thing in the morning on Thursday, January 20, 2022.

With that come restrictions that we will ALL need to follow:

•We need to continue social distancing. 

•Masks must worn at all times, except when actively exercising. This means that you need to have them on when entering/exiting the premises as well as moving around inside the gym. 

•Equipment is to be wiped down once it has been put back in its rightful place. PLEASE wipe it AFTER you have finished touching it.

•ALL CrossFit and Open Gym sessions must be booked in advance.

Thank you all for your ongoing support and patience during this awful time. We’re SO excited to be able to see you back at the gym again this week. As always, if you are feeling any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home.
