Hi everyone! We hope that you have all been enjoying the workouts at the gym and seeing all of your friends again after being locked up for so long.

We just wanted to post a friendly reminder to you that if you DO NOT feel 100%, please stay home and don’t come to the gym. Symptoms include: loss of taste/smell, fever, coughing, difficulty breathing, tiredness, chest pain/pressure, aches and pains (and those are only some of them).

We have done a great job ensuring that the gym is a safe place for all of you and we want to keep it that way.
