Hi athletes!

We’ve got some exciting news for you!

Starting on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, we will be running low intensity group classes again! To start, we will be leading coached classes all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays where we focus on more strength and skill exercises.

Regular programming will still be offered for the whole week, however if you plan to attend CrossFit classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, you will be working on what is being coached. Open gym will still be offered at this time if you choose to work on other programming.

All Vancouver Coastal Health protocols remain in place until further notice.

We’re really looking forward to leading these classes again and can’t wait to see you there!
