We all love burpees right!? Want to join in raising money and do burpees for a good cause alongside other B.C. CrossFit Boxes and fitness fanatics?

For the amount of dollars raised, each gym/box will do burpees for each dollar raised. So if we as a Crossfit community raise $5000, thats 5000 burpees that each gym will have to do on the 26th. They can be done in teams or as individuals at your respective gym.

As we all know how severe and catastrophic the recent bushfires have been all over AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Millions of acres have been torched and entire homes have been swallowed by flames. More than 20 people have lost their lives. About half a billion animals have been killed in New South Wales by one estimate. And the country’s summer is only just beginning.

What: Burpees For The Bush Fire Relief

When? January 26th at 12pm

How? Spread the word and raise as much money as possible before the 26th. Amount of money raised equals the number of burpees EACH gym has to do on the 26th. Depending on how much is raised, burpees are divided between everyone at the gym. We can further divide the burpees by making teams. $1 dollar raised equals 1 Burpee. Goal is to raise over $3000 between all the participating gym. If we meet our goal each participating gym has to do 3000 burpees. (ideally we want to raise way more than $3000!)
