Team CFBC rocked the CrossFit Regionals this weekend!!
We started the weekend in 27th place and finished in 17th. With a fantastic performance by team members Alex Sparling, SarahSally Haggerstone, Taryn Haggerstone, Lance Connelly, Curtis Roussel, and Tim Frazer.
When I say “team”, I mean team. They have supported each other through some very tough training over the last many months and it showed this weekend.
