We’re excited to announce that starting next Tuesday, we will now have “Open Gym” available to all of our athletes at both of the CrossFit BC locations. As this is not a coached class, athletes must have a minimum of 6 months of CrossFit training under their belt and attend at least 3 regular classes per week before attending. Your spot must be booked in advance through Mindbody.

The following times are available:

Yaletown:
Monday – Thursday: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

West Van:
Monday – Friday: 1pm-3pm, Sunday 9:30am-11am
