My range of motion is constantley expanding and my strength has increased immensely

Wall Balls

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
Snowboarding

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
Squat Snatch @ 150lbs. When I started in May I could barley OHS the bar

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
Yes, I’m eating less animal products
