1. When did you join CrossFit BC?
It was June 2017 when I joined CFBC, but I select this CrossFit in Dec 2016 when I was planning to move to Vancouver.

2. Why did you choose CrossFit?
Fury Momentum, is how I called when I get to forget about the world and all my energy is focus on doing something challenging. I could feel that in CrossFit just by see people doing it.

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
What used to be my addictions (drinking and smoking) slowly are disappearing of my life.

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
CrossFit is like going back to childhood, is an adventure of learning a discovering what you could be capable to do. Don’t be afraid of CrossFit just come have fun with us and move your body.

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?
I don’t have a favorite one. If I had to do a wod that involves the ones I like the most it will be an AMRAP of

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
Going to College after 4pm WOD. I love assisting class for me that is like being in a business meeting.

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
In one of my competitions I had to do squat clean and jerk with 175 lbs. When we register to that competition, as a team we knew that the weight lifting will be a big challenge for us. Few days before the competition I was doing 165 pounds with big a effort, then when the moment of true came, The Fury Momentum was taking control of my body. I still remembering what my coach told me; “you have to do 175 you will get it” and I did. I was proud of myself and I could realize also that my CrossFit community was there supporting me and by their body language I saw they felt the same I did when hit the 175 pounds for the first time.

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
My diet keeps changing, each time my meals are healthier. I think so lol.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?
I crazy there are many things that usually people wont relate to me.

10. What/who inspires you the most?
Mahyar, Harry and Tony

Those three guys were the people who delivered wow factor on my firsts days at CFBC.

Harry it was the super fit guy who is always as top performer, his charisma and receptiveness make me feel safe like being at home. Btw I’m always looking for a brother and I saw him as my big brother I love how he push me hard and guide me to get better and stronger. His also the example of what kind of father I would be one day.

Tony what can is say? He is the reason I have the body I have. When I saw him working out with our t-shirt, #nossa, yes my reaction was #wtf with that guy his body is perfect what I saw that first day it was the body of my dreams.

And Mahyar he is the one. He the drives me out of mind and thanks to him I can perform better sometimes I still figuring out how to produce that Fury Momentum that makes me feel that I’m the strongest man in the world.
