1. When did you join CrossFit BC?

2. Why did you choose CrossFit?

I wanted an all-around workout to strengthen my body.

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?

I am stronger and my core feels the best of my life.

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?

Definitely to do it!….but take your time when starting, ease into it.

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?

The kettle bell swings when I started, but now the squats are great.

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?

Tennis

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?

By far the rope climb (thank you Mayhem for the coaching and encouragement).

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?

No, I eat well all (most) of the time.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?

I speak Italian and lived in Rome before moving to Vancouver, and also, my wife is a professional Chef!

10. What/who inspires you the most?

My family – and Roger Federer 😉
