Rob “Puddles” Goodfellow

Coach

Rob’s first WOD was the CrossFit Open 12.1, in his bedroom…
Seven minutes of Burpees later, he was hooked on the methodology. Rob started to use the training and nutrition guidelines from Crossfit.com to assist his Soccer in the U.K. Being a Certified Personal Trainer in England became stale, and once soccer became less challenging, throwing everything into the challenge of CrossFit was the next step.
Moving to Vancouver, he began training at CrossFit BC. Craving the West Coast lifestyle, with a love of hiking, snowboarding and the general outdoors, he became a resident in Canada, coaching at CrossFit BC after obtaining his Level 1 in May 2014. Rob believes training should be fun, with high energy classes and a strong community atmosphere. He believes moving correctly, working weaknesses and eating well will get you to any goal you need.
