CrossFit BC members may train at both our Vancouver, or West Vancouver locations, where we offer over 60 classes per week to choose from.

The Vancouver gym is located at 1232 Richards St. in Yaletown, a couple of blocks from the seawall linking False Creek to Stanley Park.  The gym has an amazing community of athletes that enjoy each others camaraderie while sweating through the daily Wod. This gym has the latest in training equipment, full shower facilities and the most scenic running routes.

The West Van gym is located at 1431 Clyde Avenue between 14th and 15th streets, one block from the West Van seawall. Just under 4000 sq ft of training floor, this gym has seen many a competitor put it all out there! Many of our athletes train downtown during the week and hit the West Van box on the weekend for the O’lifting classes or big group Wods on Saturday and Sunday. This gym attracts Crossfitters from all over to a fun and friendly training environment equipped with a full Rogue Infinity rig and all the other toys that will push the competitive CrossFitter to their peak performance.

CrossFit Foundations

Athletes must complete the fundamental movements (Foundations) of CrossFit before getting into CrossFit classes. CrossFit BC offers a number of options:

Private Foundations – $199.00 (3 sessions, one-on-one with a certified trainer)

Private Foundations – $500.00 (8 sessions, one-on-one with a certified trainer)

One month CF Bootcamp membership – $199.00 (Athletes may come to as many CF Bootcamp classes as they like)

6 Month Membership – $200.00 paid monthly
12 Month Membership – $175.00 paid monthly
