CrossFit:

This class is open to all CrossFit athletes that have completed their CrossFit Foundations. Visiting CrossFitters that have completed their Foundations and have 3 months of training experience are welcome.

CF Bootcamp:

This class is open to CrossFit athletes of all levels, from novice to elite. The programming is the same as a regular CrossFit class, but more time is spent on technique for the new CrossFitter. Visiting CrossFitters that have completed their Foundations and have 3 months of training experience are welcome.

Crossfit Strength:

This class focuses on the strength training elements of CrossFit and is open to all CrossFit BC athletes that have completed their Foundations and have 3 months of CrossFit experience. This class is open to CFBC Members only.

Olympic Lifting:

Open to all members of Crossfit BC that have completed their Foundations and have 3 months of CrossFit experience. This class focuses on the 2 Olympic lifts. The Clean & Jerk, and the Snatch. These movements will be trained in depth as well as supplemental elements of both lifts. All athletes that wish to train in this class must be current members of the Crossfit BC Olympic Weightlifting Club & the BC Weightlifting Association. Talk to your coach for details.

Powerlifting:

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
The Evolution BC Powerlifting Program has been developed for athletes who are interested in developing strength through these three lifts and the many supplemental techniques that go along with them.
This is a stand alone program with it’s own schedule and fee structure. We invite athletes of all levels of ability to train with us. No prior experience is necessary.

Competitor Training:

This class is for any CrossFit BC athlete that wants to take their training to the highest level. Come and train with some of the best in the sport. Classes run at our West Vancouver gym Monday – Friday at 1pm, Saturday at 11am, and at our Yaletown gym at 2pm on Monday and Wednesday. Athletes must have 6 months of CrossFit experience. Talk to your coach if you are interested in joining this amazing group of athletes.

Personal Training:

Personal Training is available for any athlete that prefers personalized programming and one-on-one coaching. If you would like to improve your skills or take your training to the next level. Our coaches are available throughout the day for private one-on-one sessions.

Cardio Smash:

Cardio Smash is a fun, fast paced, and full body cardio workout. Using heavy bags, you will learn the basic techniques of boxing and kickboxing. This 45 minute class is open to all fitness levels and no previous experience is needed. Drop-ins cost $15 per class, or take advantage of the $80 monthly rate for unlimited access.
