We are excited to announce that this year, we will be participating in CF24! CF24 is a national fitness challenge & fundraiser that brings communities together in support of Special Olympics Canada Foundation. All proceeds will go to the Special Olympics.

Our plan is to run 4 workouts in 4 hours on December 7, 2019 at the West Van gym starting at 10am. Athletes with intellectual disabilities will join our event for 1 inclusive workout, demonstrating their athleticism, determination, and sharing their story of overcoming adversity through sport.
