2018 CROSSFIT BC SUMMER CHALLENGE – August 11, 2018

Competition season is here, so CrossFit BC is preparing for our annual Summer Challenge!! This year is a one day competition for mixed teams of 2 (1 male & 1 female).

Since 2010, competitors from all over BC and Washington State have enjoyed this fantastic event.

The CFBC Summer Challenge is for all CrossFitters that have completed their foundations. From those that are new to CrossFit, all the way to the Fire Breathers. It will test not only your strength and conditioning, but also your strategic planning. Think you know what to expect? Think again! You and your partner must be ready for the unknown and unexpected. Come prepared for some surprises and of course expect to have a great time! This is an inclusive competition. Everyone is welcome!

2018 CrossFit BC Triathlon – Saturday, June 23, 2018

WOD – Run – SUP – Run – WOD

On Saturday, June 23, join us at our West Vancouver location for our second annual CrossFit BC Triathlon! It’s open to all CrossFit athletes who would like to participate.

We are teaming up with our very own Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) expert, Harry Saini, to host this fun triathlon/charitable event.

* All proceeds are going to support CAARE.
** SUP lessons will be available for $35 at Ambleside Beach at 9am the morning of the event for those attending.
*** This is a team event (teams of 2) but tickets are sold individually. If you want to do it with a buddy, make sure you both sign up, then email us at [email protected] to let us know your partner’s name. If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry about it. We’ll find you one.
**** There are only 40 spots available, so if you want to be part of this fun day, book it now!

Tickets are $25 per person with all proceeds going to CAARE.
